LE SSERAFIM Continues Their Dominance: Securing Their First "BOOMPALA" Win and Setting Historic Records on the Billboard 200

Popular 4gen K-pop girl group LE SSERAFIM continues to achieve remarkable success with their latest comeback, simultaneously securing a music show win and setting historic records on international charts.

Most recently, LE SSERAFIM earned their first music show trophy for their title track, "BOOMPALA," on Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown.’

Although Mnet did not hold their regular live broadcast on June 4 to make way for a special episode titled ‘M! Countdown X Mega Concert,’ the weekly chart results were still announced, crowning LE SSERAFIM as the No. 1 artist of the week.

The large-scale concert event, held at Inspire Arena, also featured performances from a star-studded lineup including EXO, ZEROBASEONE, and NCT WISH.

This victory comes alongside a significant milestone in the United States.

LE SSERAFIM has officially become the first fourth-generation K-pop girl group to place five consecutive albums in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart.

Their second full-length album, 'PUREFLOW pt.1,' debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 dated June 6, with 34,000 copies sold.

This outstanding record continues a streak that began with their previous releases, including 'UNFORGIVEN,' 'EASY,' 'CRAZY,' and 'HOT.'

Beyond the U.S. market, 'PUREFLOW pt.1' also dominated the weekly Hanteo and Circle album charts in South Korea and reached No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Download Albums chart.

The title track, "BOOMPALA," continues to make its mark by climbing the Spotify Daily Top Songs Global and Apple Music Top 100: Global charts.

With these dual achievements, LE SSERAFIM reinforces their status as a major force in the global music industry, marking yet another significant milestone in their career.
